I'm enrolled in an Oregon university, last week two women took a picture of my class in a computer lab and now the image is being put on their new student handbook. Is there any lawsuit possibility?

There is always a lawsuit possibility. Anyone can file a frivolous lawsuit . . . and lose.

How did this photo harm you? Are you in hiding from the mob, and this will allow mobsters to find you? You have to prove that you are actually harmed by the publishing of the photo.

Also, did you object at the time the photo was taken and expressly deny permission for it to be published? Probably not.

Try this experiment: Try to get a lawyer to take your case on a contingency fee basis, where the lawyer only gets paid if your side wins. Good luck with that.
