In In. If a person visits you and decides they are going to stay or if they receive a piece of mail at your address can they claim they live there and not be removed

Absolutely not. It's your home. The fact that they get mail there has absolutely nothing to do with their right to live there. They are either a guest (if they are invited) or they are a trespasser, if they are not invited, or if they have been uninvited. If you want them out, tell them. If they refuse, call the police.
