i am indian girl,right now i am in usa on k1 visa ,
we got engaged in feb and after that my fiancee filled application for fiancee visa,but before my interview he came india and we got married,and he said when i will comw america he will marry as soon as possible, but now he is not marrying me and saying that just go back ,he abuse me,he tortured me mentally and physically.
he just trying to prove that i am seeing someone and trying to prove me characterless
i just want t know do i have some rights???
PTO pulled while on vacation
My mother recently took a two week long vacation, after having saved up all of her PTO. WHILE she was gone, the company changed their policy and decided to stop giving employees PTO. When she came back she was told about the new policy and told that the vacation she was already on in the middle of this change, will not be covered. So now she wont be getting a paycheck at all for that pay period. Is there any federal or state law that protects her from this? I is there something she can sight win arguing this with the big wigs?
drug court no contact orders
drug court has issused a no contact order order against my wife and I we would like to know how we go about getting it removed, we'd also like to know what is the criteria for issusing one and if there is any oversight on thir issuance especially since it's effect can pontentcially be damaging or destory a marriage.
