My husband has signed a Waiver of Summons for prose Divorce do we still have to attend the PCP and parenting class?

Yes you will be required to take a parenting classes. Parenting classes are being offered and accepted by Courts at this time. A quick Google search will find those that are offering online certified classes.

I agree, even if you get a finished divorce without an attorney giving you a review and advice, you may cost yourself thousands of dollars due to errors or omissions in your paperwork. Call an attorney.

The waiver of service has nothing to do with the class. It simply is a waiver of formal service. You would still need the class.
Hire an attorney and you can save yourself potential problems going forward.
