I am a waitress and have been out of work since the coronavirus started. I have a washer and dryer and a tv from a rent center. I informed them I do not have the 60 to pay them, which i pay weekly. They informed me they are now going to come get there belongings. I explained I will pay them my full bill once financial assistance is issued. Is this right?
My utility companies cant even shut off service and i believe no one is allowed to repossess in the country at this time.
If I lose my washer dryer I have no way to clean clothes for my 2 toddler children.
Do I legally have to allow them into my house with Coronavirus an issue?
First thing I would do is call them and ask for 90 day suspension of payments or loan. Most are doing so.
