DUI, Posession of Marijuana and paraphernalia, false impersonation

I am 19 from Sioux Falls, SD and I am charged with DUI, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, possession of marijuana (resin found on pipe), and false impersonation (gave false name when pulled over). The only other thing I have been charged with as an adult is underage consumption of alcohol. I was put in jail on the 4th of April, was released on bond on the DUI charge and the possession charge, and my court date is on the 22nd of April. What is likely to happen?

Child Transportation

My ex and I have never gone to court about visitations. I have my son 24/7 and his dad gets him approximately two times a month. He lives in El Cajon which is a 2 hour drive from where I live. We usually meet half way, but he EXPECTS me to do it everytime he wants to see our son. I can't do it everytime because I can't afford the gas money or because I have to work to make money so I can afford things! He's telling me that by law it has to be 50/50. But since we've never gone to court no one has ever told me this.

Daughter's Divorce

My daughter's husband of one year is filing for divorce. She is being treated for anxiety and depression after a collapse/hospitalization at hearing he was leaving her. Can he rush through this divorce or will the courts have to take into consideration her treatment? She needs to remain on his health insurance plan for a while.

Marriage, Annulment

couple marries,(married for about 3 months now) and husband does not disclose that he is Bipolar.. he is off his medicine, and the Bipolar emerges with strong manic eposides, can wife get an annulment, and by-pass divorce proceddings because he has a mental disorder and did not tell her prior to the marriage? Wife has a pre-nup husband signed, husband does not have pre-nup? Thank you for your help
