My uncle is 65 and lives in Texas. He recently found out he has cancer and I am his only family who is capable of helping him with his affairs. He is not married and has no children, and unfortunately I live in Oregon. We were wondering what forms need to be used for doing a Power of Attorney AND to be an Executor

Forms may be inadequate..as one much older..I would recommend he see a local attorney, sign power of attorney and perhaps a trust so assets could pass without probate..if in our area just have him call us..no charge for consultation.
