The order should specify the time frame. if it does not reasonable would be implied. 14 days would be reasonable in my opinion, but the facts and circumstances of the Estate may dictate otherwise. The actual terms of the Order may impact it as well. are the funds in a restricted depository? Does the Order specifically direct that depository to disburse? If not, than another Order may be needed.
