Purchased the Durable Power of Attorney, but language says "Agent" can two people be on a durable power of attorney for a parent?

Questions posted on the Q&A portion of the site go to us volunteer attorneys. We do not have anything to do with the forms. You need to contact "Support" for help with the forms. To answer your question generally, though, yes, more than one person can hold a power of attorney for any one person, but it is usually a very bad idea unless each is given limited specified and different powers from the other. Otherwise each has full power to act which creates a huge mess if they disagree.
