Should I provide funds, and other tangible property per a settlement agreement is signed by both parties?

There seems to be a word or phrase missing from your question: did you mean "that is signed" or "before it is signed" or ??? Also, are you a party to the agreement? Do you understand and agree with its terms? Does it require approval by the court? Ordinarily, someone who has signed an agreement should abide by its terms, but it would be better to have a complete question before simply answering "Yes".
