Thank you all for your replies. Now this arbitrator is from the essex county court. he's been divorced for 2 years granted for irreconcilible diff. How can an arbitrator base this on an adultery law that I never heard of. he and I both could face six months in jail if he doesn't go to these classes. This wasn't a judge's ruling. Who can I go to with this? He is already divorced so I don't think I need a divorce lawyer for this.
