we are a small HOA with fund problems...we have a couple of units that have refused to pay their dues for no reason ...they just don't pay...in fact we sent a registered letter to them and they refused it......without it costing us a fortune with a lawyer is there anything that we can do?..we thought about contacting their loan holders but don't know how to do that and do not know if that would be legal....Marci

Depending on what your declaration says, the association may be able to foreclose on the units. You would need an attorney for this.
