We have someone staying in Mom's house for the last several years. The three of us live out of State and Mom's in long term care, we stay in the house whenever we come to Alaska but he lives there most of the time. We are scared that he might claim squatters rights when Mom dies and we sell the house. Can he do that. We pay all the bill for the house and yearly taxes.

Has your mother signed a will or otherwise provided for the disposition of this and other property upon her death?
