My question is a fedreal question. If you get locked up and your charged with a fedreal crime and the police drop your charges but the fed's pick it up do the fed's only have 30 days to indite you on your charges? If so when does that 30 days start? When you go to jail or from your first court date on the charges? I'm in Oklahoma so I didn't know if it changes from state to state.

Employee reference check
Probationary employee was asked to resign or be fired. He resigned. He was told that nothing negative would be said on the employee reference check. Eight months and 6 reference checks later he has not been hired because of the employment reference check. The previous employer was quoted as saying ''he is not eligible for rehire''? What can the employee do? What is legal or illegal for the previous employer to say on a reference check?

my stock certificate was issued to me with roughly 160000 more shares then it should be...the company wants me to return it and send me my lesser amount that i paid for...do i have to send it back??
