My boyfriend was involved in an auto accident yesterday morning, he was driving up a major highway when a school bus came from the right side of the road, across the median, and pulled out in front of him. He slammed on his brakes and they locked up causing him to collide with the rear left side of the school bus. His truck is totaled and we have not been able to review the police report as it has not been filed yet. This morning we spoke to his auto insurance rep and the rep stated that there was no insurance coverage during the time frame due to delinquent payments. So without knowing who is at fault I'm not sure how to proceed. If the report claims he is at fault he will be liable for all damages. Luckily no one was hurt besides my boyfriend who has a fractured right ankle. I just need to know how to proceed and if a lawyer is necessary. We should be able to view the police report tomorrow morning.

If a couple got married and lived in a house owned and the deed was in the husbands name prior to the marriage and then separated and the wife lived in the house for sixteen years just being separated and now the ex-husband wants his house back. Does the ex-wife have any rights to the house or does she have to leave the house?

I gave my dog away regretfully. I did a rehoming fee of $30 and told them I would give them there money back plus more and they are still saying no. It's only been a day. I haven't been able to sleep eat and feel horrible. Is there any way I can get him back

I filed for chapter 13 bankruptcy in 2009 however I did not include my home in the bankruptcy. I continued to make mortgage payments to my mortgage company--CitiFinancial--without missing any payments. In June of this year-2016-I received a letter from CitiFinancial stating that my mortgage was being transferred over to Bayview Loan Servicing. I received a followup letter from Bayview the following week stating that they had taken over my mortgage from CitiFinancial. And that is the last that I heard from Bayview. I had had CitiFinancial deduct my mortgage payments automatically from my bank account and the last deduction was in May of this year--my concern/fear/question is what do I do now and will I be foreclosed on? Thank you for any help/advice you can give me

I left a note on a neighbors car regarding illegal parking, which is addressed in Bylaws and Covenants. I am the president of the HOA. The neighbor used my note, removing their Unit # and placed on another car. Isn't this illegal and considered fradulent?

my wife left me and got pregnant by another man - my wife left me during our marriage and conceived a child with another man and she also lives with that man from what ive heard and we have no contact with each other. The lady at the hospital that does the birth certificate stated to me when i called after i heard that the child had been born informed me that she had admit to being married to me but also admitted the child was not mine so they let the biological father sign the birth certificate. Is that enough grounds to show the child is not mine and what do i need to do about going on with my divorce. also none of her family will speak to me so i have no idea where she lives at anymore is that a problem also?

I was contacted by Lauth Investigations International who informed me that i had assets in the state o Pennsylvania that they would collect for me for a 15% fee. They wanted me to return 2 notarized documents, one to the Pa treasury of unclaimed property; and one to their firm. They required a copy of my license and a copy of a document with my ssn.
The property they referred to is accurate but otherwise does this sound legitimate?

16 years ago I received a lump sum of money from my pension plan which I was told I was entitled to, now the plan administrator is saying my pension is at zero unless I pay the money back with interest, am I obligated to pay the money back and is can they legally deny me my retirement pension if I don't pay the money?

I was putting on my license plate in my apt when I get tackled by a sheriff. they then put me in the back of the car and ask me if they can search my place I told them NO ! They searched it anyway.
