Lazy executrix

My Grandfather passed away 5 years ago. One of his 4 children is executor. The estate includes a house, cash, and stocks. In the past 5 years, the stock has greatly decreased in value, as has the house, which is falling apart (the son is paying the property taxes). Is the executrix responsible to the other heirs (the 2 other sisters & a brother) to make up the loss in value of the assets due to her lack of action to distribute the estate's assets?

Hi, I was fired due to my attitude, according my boss. The whole company (15-16 employees) didn't like me and caused a lot of problems from day one. I told me boss about it and trusted she would take care of the situation, instead she fired me. grandparents will

my grandmoither passed away in july of this year. My grandfather died in 2003. My father died in 1985 My grandparents had only my dad and my aunt. My grandparents told me they were leaving me my dads 50% of the estate and that was going to be their house. Now I find out the will was changed and left everything to my aunt. She has said she is going to give me a cd when it comes open, but the amount is only 5 %of the estate. If the will was changed only a month before she passed away is it valid. How do I get a copy of the old will if my aunt wont give it to me.

My father wants his property (a smallish farm) to stay in the family after his death. He fears that a son will not respect his wishes, but my father doesn't want to disinherit his oldest son. The family consists of both parents, five living children, eleven grandchildren. A deceased brother and his heirs were removed from the will. How do we insure that the property remains in the family, yet all siblings be treated fairly? Thanks!

I have excluded my daughter from my Will for my personal reasons. I have been told I should leave her a dollar. Is this true and can she contest the Will since I have specifically excluded her? How can I make sure she does not receive any of any money I have left or a part of my home, etc.?

my father passed away 3 yrs ago at the time he passed away my stepmother took the estate. in june of 2008 she passed away she left a will leaving everything to her biological children. leaving me and my siblings completely out. my father left a will saying all his children were to share equally in his estate. do i have any legal recourse? thank you--name removed--hurst
