my bother and his friend were arrested for attempted murder. my brother(19) was the driver and his fiend(16) the shooter (this was gang related). his friend shot at 2 guys injuring one on the leg and the other in the arm. my brother didnt know what was happening but never reported the incident after it happened. its been 5 months now and they still havent gotten their sentence. how much time is my brother looking at?
