Management Trust
I purchased a condo and my deed reads as of 9/05. I am not sure why my deed now as of 1.06 has me as trustee of a Management Trust. Can this have anything to do with my will? Why the date difference?

While I don't practice much in the way of property I believe the management trust is just a part of your condo association ownership. I would think that however your real property is directed under your Will to your heirs would be where these rights would transfer. I think that the answers to the management trust will be found in your condo closing/ ownership documents.
