Apartment question
My phone jacks in my new apartment do not work. Am I financially responsible or is the apartment complex to have phone service technician come to my apt to correct problem?? Please help. I appreciate your time in advance.

It depends on your lease, but generally for structural issues, the apartment complex is responsible. You should look at your lease first, and then contact the complex for assistance. Good luck.
