bars and restaurant

I just have a quick question. Does a bar or restaurant have the right to refuse service to you if the city that the bar or restaurant is in is not the city that you live in under any circumstances? even if you have never had a problem in the establishment...

Re: bars and restaurant

Overall, cetrain types of businesses are bound to provide service to all those, even those out of state, or city... there were many instances that were faught in the Supreme COurt based in inerstate commerce, where the Court decided that business could not generally keep those from other states, cities out... as a result of the impact to interstate commerce...

However, every case is dependant on many circumstances.
