how can i enforce the boards decision which issued over 30 days ago?
EDD has ignored the judges decision which reversed their denial of my unemployment benefits? No benefits has been paid to date!
EDD is highly dysfunctional at present, which is understandable given the high unemployment rate. Nobody can reach EDD on the phone, even state assemblymembers. You could ask the administrative law judge to hold EDD in contempt, or you could file for a writ of administrative mandate. Maybe some creative lawyer near you can find a law that says EDD has to pay your attorney fees for enforcing the UIAB's order.
