Child Custody questions
My boyfriend has two beautiful little girls that are his world and about a month ago his ex wife (well i dont believe the divorce papers have been completely processed) she took the kids and moved with her boyfriend to fresno...she said that she would let the girls come stay with us at least twice a month for a few days and now she is telling him that they cant come down and stay with us and to boot she wont even let him talk to the girls. He is an amazing father! she however is not a good mother, she is classified by the state as insane and she is a pill popper. she twists everything and makes him the bad guy. He messed up a couple times but people make mistakes. he got a dui, but he isnt trouble at all he is an angel. please help!!! his heart is in pieces.

The only help he can get is to retain an attorney to represent him in the custody and visitation issues.
