I have a civil compromise from a felony theft charge in 2003. this happened in CA and I am currently living in AZ. How do I get this off my record?

Re: Civil Compromise

If you weren't convicted, and instead had the charges dropped upon restitution, then there isn't a conviction to expunge. If you mean that you got a conviction with probation terms requiring restitution, then the conviction probably can be 'expunged' under PC 1203.4, as long as you weren't sentenced to or served state prison time. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing so.
