Civil Lawsuits

Are judges immune from civil

lawsuits? I know that DA's are

immune, but what about judges? If

a judge fails to properly perform their

duties and it affects an innocent

defendant in a bad way, i.e. they lose

their job, can that person sue the

judge in a civil court?

Re: Civil Lawsuits

No, you cannot sue the judge because they are immune from prosecution.
