dept stores security personnel
I witnessed a wall mart security male dress is civilian clothes, grab a 90 pound female carrying her baby. This man janked, grabed and pushed the female inside the store. What grants these department stores security folks apply physical force. Is this illegal? I want to research this because even dough I am not related to the person I think it is wrong. Granted if she wa stealing something she should pay for her crime, but wallmart employees have no right to use physical force, the police does.
