Disslution of Marriage - Final hearing

I have a date for the final hearing in my case : Dissolution of marriage en Ohio, Cuyahoga County. My wife can not attend the hearing. is it necessary for both of us to be present during the final hearing? We both sign a waiver for the service of summons, and this is friendly dissolution. Please let me know if there'll be a problem if only I appear for the final hearing.

Re: Disslution of Marriage - Final hearing

Yes, she needs to be present. The waiver pertains to not having to be formally serviced with a summons and not to actually attending the hearing.
