Divorce amendment
Greetings, I was divorce in 12/14/06 after 23 years of marriage. I agreed to let my ex. have the house based on the fact. she wouldn't seek child support for our adopted child. He is 8. She receives $1600 a month for adoption subsity. She didn't keep her end of the agreement. I now have to pay child support. and she is selling the house. what can I do.
