Divorced 11/19/2004 but my Ex did not
give me my 1/2 of the American Express points as awarded in my marriage settlement? Is there anything I can do or should I just forget it?

You can file an OSC asking the court to order to do as she was supposed to do. Don't file an OSC re: Contempt at this point. Courts hate those.
