Domestic Violence and visitation
i've just learned my daughters father was arrested for some kind of assault on his 21 yr old daughter. This is not the first time he has laid his hands on his other kids and some of it has been done in front of my 14yr old. To the best of my knowledge he's never hit her. There have also been stories of drug abuse. What are my options with my 14 yr old. I'm not even supposed to know anything about this.

Get to a lawyer immediately to file for restricted or supervised visitation. Even though he has not assaulted your daughter, he has assaulted his other children in her presence. That is enough.
