Escrow Agreement Executed or Not Executed?
Question - If escrow account was set up in 1992 however, client never submitted any deposit material is the agreement still binding? Note a deposit account number was never assigned, and annual fees were never paid dating back to 1992, my thoughts are then the agreement was never executed.

It depends on the terms of the agreement. Have a local attorney review the agreement and then he/she will be able to advise you.
