Found out in May 2018 that my husband has been having an affair with a former employee at our job while I was pregnant. Turns out she was pregnant he paid for an abortion in March. The girl is pregnant again claiming it’s my husbands and that it was planned. She’s due in February, my husband and I both have two kids together a 4yr old daughter and a 3month old son. The girl texts his phone her feelings etc. she text me stating I have. I no say so in her sons and his fathers beings/life....
At the end of day that’s my husband she knew he was married and planned getting pregnant again. Until we decide if we’re getting a divorce etc , I want to take legal actions against her restraining order and press chargers against her if possible. Taunting me and bragging about this possible child being his Etc.
Alienation of affection case are rare in Georgia, so your best bet may be to divorce him and get alimony and support. If you are really interested, find an attorney in your area to see if this is something they want to pursue. Know that this is a civil claim against the mistress, so you would be looking for money from her. However, if she is unable to pay, your efforts may just be a means of throwing money away.
Get a lawyer in your state. Alienation of Affection would be the only legal action you can take that I see and that may not be available to you in your State. I know that Washington and several other states do not have such an action.
Regardless of your lawsuit you should know that if the child (or children) she has are from your husband he will be required to pay child support and other fees and costs related to those children.
