Alienation of affection case are rare in Georgia, so your best bet may be to divorce him and get alimony and support. If you are really interested, find an attorney in your area to see if this is something they want to pursue. Know that this is a civil claim against the mistress, so you would be looking for money from her. However, if she is unable to pay, your efforts may just be a means of throwing money away.

Get a lawyer in your state. Alienation of Affection would be the only legal action you can take that I see and that may not be available to you in your State. I know that Washington and several other states do not have such an action.

Regardless of your lawsuit you should know that if the child (or children) she has are from your husband he will be required to pay child support and other fees and costs related to those children.
