False discrimination/harassment based on ethnic or national origin.
A coworker filed a the above claim against me. This is totally false. I have not spoken to the lady at all in over 3 months. This is serious to me, how can I defend myself against this false claim?
Look at the policies of your employer to know if there is a procedure the employer must follow in this situation (investigation, report, etc.). You can defend yourself to the employer when they investigate. I do not hear that you are damaged, so there is no lawsuit for you to bring.
