giving up my rights.
there is this girl dat my friend hasn't seen in a year.and he received child support papers on the mail,but he didn't gave any info away . The baby doesn't have his last name, because he wasn't there when he was born.and it's been a year.and he thinks the baby is his.and if it is can he give up his rights?..and he doesn't have a social security. so it's very hard for him. when it comes to money.

most lawyers would visit with him for no fee or minimal fee...but he should talk to a lawyer..I presume he does not speak english...so send him to a lawyer..
