certificate of good conduct

i was recently issued a cert of good conduct allowing me to seek public office if i wish and my right to posess and or own a rifle or shotgun. Growing up in nyc i found trouble easily. in my mid 40's now and 20 yrs happily married with children my son expressed a desire to go hunting. I went into the local sporting goods store and was denied a long gun. I went through this whole process of meeting with parole officers and people visiting my house and meeting my family, and they finally gave me my certificate. I put in an application of appeal to the fbi nics section and was told to get my misdemeaners listed on the certificate. I called the clemency board of the syate of ny and was told they only list felonies on certs. thats all they need. they said this was illegal and that the fbi needed to address a letter to them stating what they need.I called the fbi and was told, ''we dont write letters''. I told the clemency board and they told me I needed a lawyer. What can I do?

small claims court

I lost a judgement in small claims court and was unable to attend a hearing for payment review because I started a new job and could not take time off. I sent a letter but this was ineffective and I was told a warrant will be issued for my arrest - no one has come to arrest me yet but I have a court date for a traffic violation - will they arrest me then? I am going to show proof I paid my traffic fine and I am scared they will arrest me and hold me there until I have money for the judgement I lost. I am a single mother making a small amount of money. My boyfriend says the magistrate will not address the small claims issue in Traffic court - but I am afraid he put a note next to my name or something because the same magistrate presides over both courts -small claims and traffic. I explained to the small claims court my desire to pay my debt but that I just couldnt come to court on the day specified because of my new job. Please help
