Home Sell
My sister just closed on a house in Iowa on July 22. The house is total flee infested. Can the home sell be made void after the fact that she has closed on it or is there any recourse like the seller having to pay all extermination fees, new carpeting, and living fees since she can not be in the house for the next month.

No, you don't get to "return" the house. She should contact her attorney who represented her in the purchase. Her attorney will contact the seller's attorney to see if they can agree on some resolution. If not, her attorney will have to sue the sellers for her damages.
