Homeowners association-non profit corp

do the bi-laws of a homeowners association supersede IL condo property act and general not for profit act as long as they are not in confict with those documents?

Certain things can be overridden by the association's declaration, by-laws, etc. You would need to talk to an attorney for specifics.
