Re: I-130 denied

I have some questions to better understand the type of I-130 processing you sought:

Either you: (1) Filed your I-130 directly at a U.S. Embassy without having to go through USCIS?

Or

(2) From what you're stating, your I-130 was approved by USCIS, and then after the National Visa Center sent your case to the U.S. consulate in your home country, the immigrant visa application was then denied.

Are you in Miami? From the information provided by Law Guru, you are in the Miami area. In any event, feel free to contact my law office and schedule an appointment. There may be options available, and we will review your case to determine what you can do.

Michael A. Harris, Esq.
