I bought a used 96 cadi deville from a dealership in anaheim, ca the car over heated on the way home! i called the guy who sold the me the car he said will fix it! 2 days later the trans started messing up again i called and the sellsman told me he will fix it when they check it out 4 over heating. i took it back and they had it for 3 weeks and tryed 2 shut down the shop with in that time, in the process i rolled up on the shop and seen all but 5cars left on the lot out of 50 or so cars and everyone packing their stuff in the office. i told them i wanted my car back cause i had paid them $2000 down and already made a payment to loan company after an hour or so i ended up getting the car back in worse condition then when i droped it off. i tryed to get tags and license from the dmv but they had no record of the car in the system! i was charged on the contract for tags license and smog but it was not done so i cant reg. the car. now the finance company sued and are garnishing my wages but i never even got 2 go to court for the case. q.........how do i stop the garnishments and get all the issues i have dealt with? ...............

thanks for ur time merry christmas! i need help please!

You don't 'stop garnishment' without bringing an appropriate and timely motion to set aside or appeal the judgment against you. If you have sufficient legal grounds to base such motion or appeal on, such as claims that a default was taken without actual notice and service on you, and if you are serious about getting legal representation in doing this, feel free to contact me to discuss the details and costs of taking action. You should consider having your attorney try to resolve and negotiate the problem before incurring litigation fees.
