I was punished more harshly than others because I left early due to a panic attack cause by my employer.

I was moved to a location that would be exposed to heavy traffic I told my supervisor I wouldn't be able to move there, she told me I would have to. I began to feel anxious and stressed, I soon was having a panic attack, I told one of my supervisors I need to leave because I am too stressed, and would not be able to take calls. My employer said since I left for the reason of my desk being moved I would be moved to a written warning instead of verbal for my occurrence (it's not stated that they can do this in the attendance policy) I told him I left because I was having a panic attack not because of the desk issue, he said because the desk issue ultimately caused me to leave the write up would stand.

If I get fired with this a a part of the write ups leading to my termination would I have any legal recourse, do I have any legal recourse now?
