informtion on aunts estates
how do i find out if my aunts house was willed to me and my sister need help i think my sister isnt disclosing info due to that fack aunt died sept 2006 never notefied

Have you asked your sister and told her you are legally entitled to know? Has the Will been admitted for probate; go down to the superior Court and look up your Aunt's name to see if there are any cases involving her, then find out from a clerk if some files are not made public. Tell the clerk why you are asking and if you qualify to see the file. If the estate is worth more than $100,000, it has to be probated; that requires the Will to be filed with the Court. If she refuses to file the Will, you could file for probate and ask the court to make her produce the Will. But if you only have her not telling you about your aunt's death as your proof that she is hiding the Will from you, that is not very strong evidence.
