I have accuried property that do not have access to what is my oppition of gaining access.

You can sue, of course, but why don't you just ask a neighboring owner for a right-of-way easement? Figure out which is the easiest and least defiling of the neighbors' lands and start there. Eventually, someone will be obligated by court order, if necessary, to grant the easement. The law of easements is part of real property law and you should consult with an attorney familiar with such law in the state in which the property is located.
