I'm currently in remission with terminal stomach cancer. A close friend co-signed on a refinance loan of my car. How would I word it in my will to make sure there are no delays in him getting my car upon my death? What phrase should I use?

I would recommend you consult with an attorney to make sure that you get the wording correct.
You also might want to explore other ways to transfer the car to your friend. Ohio law does allow you to designate someone to receive your car at your death. You would need to change the title to add a transfer on death designation. If you used this designation the car would not go through your will.
