my girl is in prison getting released feb 7th but while in there she missed a court date in burbank so has fta. Can we get a later date 4 the case
She should get an attorney. An attorney can file the appropriate motion to have the warrant recalled, and show that she was incarcerated at the time, and that was why she was not at the earlier hearing.
