My grandfather passed away and before he died he told me and my mother( his daughter) that we would receive things from his will. It's been almost eight years now and we have never received or even gotten to view his will. He wife at the time refuses to speak to us as well as the lawyer who handled the case. Is there anything we call still do about this. We were to receive a part of his insurance, and two settlements that he had going on with the railroad. I would really like to know if we can take any legal action but I don't have the funds to do so. I would greatly appreciate some advice or help . Thank you

IMHO...you waited too long..after 4 years any will is not valid..and property, if any, passed as

set by law..but a daughter should have a right...contact a lawyer where he resided at death or

go to the probate court yourself and look it up...
