is there any way to keep this off my
record it is my first offense ever i
stole some lice treatment for my kids
hair less then 50 dolloars iv never
been in trouble before in my entire
life what can i do to keep this off mky

To increase the odds of avoiding a conviction, you really should get an attorney. With that being said, the prosecuting attorney likely will consider a resolution short of a conviction if this is your first arrest and/or you don't have any prior convictions.
