receiving a collections notice stateing they have Judgement aginst me for a bal still owing for intrest. My file at the courthouse shows paid and has a letter of satisfied judgement from the orignal Attorney. Is it legal for this attemted collction of post judgement intrest? I have asked they cease and desist efforts.

Re: Post Judgement Intrest

You need to send them a copy of your "paid file" at the courthouse as well as the letter from the original attorney. Also, make sure this is the same debt owed in the original case.
