Power of attorney
My grandfather is in the hospital and dying of lung cancer. My mother needs to get access to his bank account in order to pay bills and take care of stuff. What can she do in order to solve this problem if he is incapable of doing it himself?

She will have to file a petition in the probate court for conservatorship. If she needs assistance in doing this, please do not hesitate to contact me. You should be able to contact the probate court in the county in which he resides and ask for the form.
