product complaint
I bought 2 XM Express conversion radio kits from XM for my car and home. The terms and conditions for the contract were verbal over the net; stated no refunds, and had to have a 1 year contract. They dont work, and they wont refund my money. What to do?

You could sue them in small claims court in your county, get a judgment and try to enforce it in the county where the XM's came from. Good Luck.
