retreating a car
i bought a car in October and put the title under the name of a friend. She's been driving it ever since, but the I have also paid for repairs. We are no longer friends, and I would like the car back. Do I have any legal right to get it back?

If it was a gift, it's gone. Considering you had it titled in HER name, it sure seems like it was a gift.
