Selling an auto
My wife and I purchased a car. Both name are on the title. She left and went to another country. Can I sell this car without her signing the title?

The easiest way is to have your wife appoint you her attorney in fact (power of attotrney) for the sale of this car. Then you can sign her name on the title.
